Payment & Pricing

• All prices are calculate and charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• We do not accept cash on delivery (COD).
• Full payment is required for orders placed on our online store. At the moment, we only accept local credit/debit card  & paynow. For international purchases to be delivered to local SG address, kindly contact us VIA whatsapp +65 89276842
• For orders placed via email, payment will be requested via Paypal or bank transfer.

Refund Policy

• Strictly no refunds are offered for floral and non-floral products (ie. vases, accessories). Should you feel that the floral received is not satisfactory, kindly contact us  via Whatsapp +65 89276842
• If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately via Whatsapp +65 89276842

Floral Substitution

• Should there be an instance of supply difficulties due to seasonal timelines or shipment delays, of if the flowers we received do not meet our standards, we may substitute with other available blooms of a similar style or texture, of equivalent (or greater) value and quality. This may be done without prior notice. However, with the understanding of your preference, we will do our best to pick the best alternative to fulfil your order.

Delivery

Standard Delivery
We offer a delivery service 5 days a week. At the moment, all orders includes complimentary delivery.

1. Fresh Blooms - We require 2 days in advance for our fresh blooms. Any urgent or same day delivery, kindly contact us VIA whatsapp  +65 89276842

2. Preserved Blooms - We require 2 days in advance for our preserved dried blooms. Any urgent or same day delivery, kindly contact us VIA whatsapp  +65 89276842

Your order will be delivered between 2 time slots, 10am - 12pm or 3pm - 5pm on your chosen delivery date. You may select your desired delivery window before checking out. Kindly take note that for in-store pickup only, the in-store pick up window is from 1pm - 3pm or 6pm - 7pm. 

• Kindly ensure that the recipient is present at the delivery location and during the delivery timeframe to receive your floral product order.
• In the event the recipient is not available at the location, and cannot be contacted within 10 minutes of the courier's arrival, your floral product order will be left at the reception or doorstep. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items at that point onwards.
• Should any party (sender or recipient) request for a de-direction to a different address or a re-delivery at another time slot (within 24 hours), it will only be scheduled upon payment of a SGD20 re-direction fee by either sender or recipient.
• Kindly take note that we do not deliver to Tuas, Army Bases, Jurong Island,Pulau Ubin & Hospitals. Delivery to Sentosa will additional SGD20.
